About

I have been in the mortgage industry since 1990, starting from the bottom as a copy boy and working many different jobs along the way. From data entry to senior vice president I have experienced thousands of different scenarios and jobs that have helped to shape who I am in the mortgage industry today. After graduation from college in 1995 I started my fulltime mortgage career and over the next 12 years I was part of a company that grew to over 1500 employees and 3+ billion a year in loan production. I was proud to be a key contributor in many different departments of that company. Along the way I gained valuable insight to the inner workings of how the mortgage industry operates from the front office to the executive board room and everything in between. In March of 2019 I made the switch to work with a independent mortgage broker, California Home Financial. I believe this gives me the best opportunity to deliver great service at a great price to my clients and referral partners My experience and diversification in the mortgage industry ensures that you are working with someone that knows the ropes and can think outside the box to put your deal together. I believe in working with my clients as individuals. I ask questions and listen to the answers to determine the best outcome for my clients. I don't believe in the one size fits all mentality that is prevalent in our big box mortgage industry today. I do individual deals for individual clients. I know that each client has their own set of circumstance that will make their transaction unique to all others. With California Home Financial I have the tools to deliver to the client what is needed to close the deal on time and in an efficient manner. I believe in educating my clients and referral partners about the loan process and in complete transparency so you will know what is going on with your loan every step of the way.
