About Jenniffer
Originally from Oregon, Jenniffer earned her OR real estate license in 1996. After working several years as an independent agent for a large real estate company, she joined a Portland-based team, which specialized in selling lakefront homes in Lake Oswego. Her team was recognized for several years as the #1 Team in the Portland Metropolitan area. Ulrich eventually made her way to Seattle, WA where she got her WA real estate license and helped customers buy and sell homes in the Bellevue area. Once again, she worked with a highly successful team and received numerous accolades for her service.
Prior to selling real estate, Jenniffer worked in the healthcare field for 13 years and spent nearly 7 years at Nordstrom. She shares with an open heart that the success she has experienced is a direct result of her motivation, honesty, her commitment to any client, her knowledge of real estate, her hard work ethic, her belief in teamwork, and a genuine and sincere love for people and helping them with finding their place to call home. She has a big heart and gracious attitude, and strives each and every day to go above and beyond. Jenniffer works with Michelle Warner in the Rancho Bernardo office.
Jenniffer currently lives in San Diego-North County area and has two daughters, one who is studying Tampa University and another one who is a junior at Poway High School. In her free time, she enjoys camping in a roof top tent, hiking the many trails that San Diego has to offer with her dog, Bear. She loves to entertain and cook, as well as play golf, pickleball, ski, travel, attend church, boondock in the desert, go to the beach and spend time with her family and friends.
