About Eugene

I have lived in beautiful southern California for over 40 years, and reside in Fallbrook, located in North San Diego County. I am originally from Alexandria Virginia and have a BS degree in Business from Virginia Tech. Aside from my 18 years of real estate experience, my passions are my 3 dogs, Abbie and Ollie, and Brewster, and boating and fishing, and RVing. I am a Marine Corp Veteran from Camp Pendleton and help a lot of Veterans buy and sell homes. If you need to buy a home, I will setup a custom MLS (multiple listing service) home search for you, which is totally up to date, and will save you a lot of time versus the internet MLS sites which are not kept up to date. I will also refer you to an excellent Lender if you need one. If you need to sell your home, in most cases I can list your house for a very low total commission.
